ThumbMaker is an AI-powered thumbnail generation platform that allows users to create professional thumbnails for various social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use our Service. You agree to provide accurate, current information and maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

  • New users receive 5 free credits upon signup
  • Each thumbnail generation costs 1 credit
  • Credits can be purchased through our pricing plans
  • Credits do not expire but are non-refundable

4.2 Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Generate offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to abuse the credit system
  • Reverse engineer or copy our AI models
  • Resell or redistribute generated thumbnails as a service
  • Violate any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Spam, harass, or harm other users

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of thumbnails you create. By using our Service, you grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the Service.

6.2 Our Platform

ThumbMaker, including our AI models, design, and code, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform.

7. AI-Generated Content

Thumbnails are generated using AI. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy or suitability for your specific use case
  • Absence of errors or artifacts
  • Uniqueness (AI may generate similar content for different users)

You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THUMBMAKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
